Job Purpose: To work in Collaboration with Lifeshares Partners and Stakeholders to provide street outreach, to identify new and entrenched young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Requirements: This role requires an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and a barred list check.
Hours: The position requires 37.5 hours per week and weekend and bank holiday availability.
